Merging of common categories
When I ask something about food, it can get tagged 'recipes' for which there are 900 users, but if I tag it cooking there are 37,500+. it would make sense to have more general categories so you can reach the greatest number of potential answerers.

While it isn't visible to the asker, Aardvark tags most questions with several tags on the back-end in order to find people who know about related topics, so a question tagged 'recipes' could go to someone with the topic 'cooking'. Sorry for not making this more clear!

“Categories” are already in http://vark.com/profile/topics and that I know if you ask a question about ‘recipes’ and Aardvark isn’t able to find a helpful answer from people who have that topic, then it will jump to ‘cooking’, if it doesn’t find a helpful answer there it will jump to ‘food’, finally it will be treated as a general question not related to the profile of the possible answerers.
